How To Cook Salty Butter Croissants With Bacon, Corn And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of puff pastry
  • 150-200 grams of bacon, cut into cubes
  • 150-200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of canned corn
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Spread the dough and cut equal-sized triangles. In the wide part of each put a little corn, diced bacon and cheese.

Roll up to the narrow side, do all in the same way and arrange in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the pan, sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool, arrange the croissants on a plate and serve.
