Learn how to cook "Salty cake Napoleon with mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of puff pastry
4 small potatoes
150 milliliters of cream (the higher the fat content, the tastier the cake becomes)
1 large onion
100 - 200 grams of yellow cheese
300 grams of mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut onions into semicircles and fry for 2-3 minutes in oil. Add the mushrooms and fry until all the liquid has evaporated.
Boil the potatoes and make a puree, mixing them with the hot cream.
Then combine the mushroom and potato mixtures, season with salt and pepper, stir and the filling is ready.
Divide the dough in half and roll it out thinly (rolling is optional). Punch the layers with a fork
and bake at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Put one "loaf" in a pan, spread it with "cream", sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the second "tray" on top and just sprinkle with yellow cheese. If you use more dough, alternate the products as indicated. Put the salted cake in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
