How To Cook Salty Cake Of Mashed Potatoes And Minced Meat - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • 700 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 5 grams of cumin and black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped savory
  • chopped fresh parsley to taste
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 10 grams of black or white sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • sprigs of fresh spices for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Boil them in salted water and strain. Pour the milk, add the butter, salt and pepper. Using a potato press, mash the mixture and make a fluffy puree. Put half of it in a kitchen bag and spread the rest on a greased cake tin.

Cool, while heating a little more oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, parsley, savory and add finely chopped carrots and peppers. Stir and pour 1/2 teaspoon of water. Stew the mixture until the vegetables soften and cool.

Spread it in the form on the potato pan. Squirt on top with the mashed potatoes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with sprigs of fresh spices of your choice. Cut the cake, arrange the pieces in plates and serve.
