Required products :

  • 230 grams of wheat flour
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 180 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams of fresh green spices of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 80 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 80 milliliters of oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the cheese, divide the amount in two.

Sift the flour, mix it with half the cheddar and the dry ingredients (salt, baking powder, black pepper, fresh green spice and dried basil). Stir.

In another bowl, mix the milk and oil, beat the eggs and add the mustard.

Then combine the two mixtures and pour the resulting dough into a form whose bottom and walls (on the inside) you have covered with parchment.

Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees in the oven.
