How To Cook Salty Cake With Chicken, Vegetables And Potato Icing - Recipe

Necessary products

For the meat loaf:

800 grams of chicken (you can use another of your choice or minced meat)
1 onion
2 large handfuls of bread crumbs
3 tablespoons fresh milk or broth (meat or vegetable)
spices and olive oil to taste

For the vegetable batter:

3 red sweet peppers
100 grams of breast of your choice or bacon
1 onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce (suitable for frying)
3 cloves garlic
ground black pepper to taste

For the potato cream:

800 grams of potatoes
3-4 tablespoons milk or liquid cream
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter
spices to taste

For decoration:

1 small head of boiled beets, from which to form balls for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Coat the peppers with olive oil and bake them (maybe on the grill or in the oven). Boil the beets, cut into balls for decoration, you can use the leftovers for the vegetable batter.

 

Put the prepared peppers in a plastic bag for 15 minutes, then peel and clean the seeds.

 

Grind the meat with a blender, adding olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, beetroot slices (if you decide to use them).

 

Sprinkle the balls with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, put in a plastic bag so that they do not dry out.

Finely chop the breast (or bacon) and onion and fry them in olive oil.

 

Add the mashed peppers, soy sauce and leave on medium heat for 5 minutes.

 

Mince the meat or use ready-made minced meat. Add the breadcrumbs, chopped onion, season to taste and pour in the milk. Mix everything thoroughly, the mixture should not be dry, but plastic.

 

From it, bake 4 marshmallows in a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment. This method is convenient because the minced meat is easy to turn and no frying fat is used.

Arrange the tops on top of each other in a suitable dish, and spread the pepper puree between them.

 

Once you have completed this task, make a cream glaze from the potatoes. To do this, first boil the potatoes, peel them and grind with a blender or food processor along with butter, egg yolks, cream and spices to taste. The puree should be thick but pliable. Adjust the consistency with the amounts of butter and cream.

Apply the potato icing on the surface and walls of the cake, leave some of the cream to decorate.

  

Fill a pastry syringe with the set amount and decorate the appetizer.

 

Decorate the cake with beetroot balls and parsley leaves.
