Required products :
200 grams of cottage cheese
100 milliliters of milk
2 eggs
4 tablespoons oatmeal or a combination of such and flour
50-100 grams of cheese or yellow cheese
favorite green spice (dill, parsley, green onions, etc.)
salt, ground black pepper and garlic to taste
butter / oil to lubricate the mold
Method of preparation :
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork together with the milk and eggs, add salt to taste. Add the diced cheese, oatmeal, dill or parsley, garlic if desired and stir. A thick dough is obtained, resembling the consistency of cream.
Grease a suitable form with oil and pour the mixture into it. Bake in the oven at 160-170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
You can serve the cake both hot and cold with tomato slices.
