How To Cook Salty Cake With Cottage Cheese, Zucchini And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salty cake with cottage cheese, zucchini and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of butter (softened)
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • to taste: sprigs of fresh dill, freshly ground black and salt
  • oil to grease the baking dish

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese with the soft butter, add the beaten eggs with pepper and salt.

Grate the zucchini, mash the garlic with a press, finely chop the dill. Mix these products and combine with the curd.

Finally, add the flour, baking powder and make a dough, which you put in a greased form.

Bake the cake for about half an hour in the oven, which is previously heated at 180 degrees.

Serve when cool.

About 10 pieces are obtained.
