How To Cook Salty Cake With Olives, Yellow Cheese And Sesame - Recipe

Required products :

  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of leavening agent
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 80 milliliters of olive oil
  • 80 grams of green olives
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sol

 

Method of preparation :

Use a rectangular cake tin measuring 21 x 9 cm. Grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Grate the yellow cheese coarsely.

 

Peel the green olives. You can cut in halves or add whole to the dough.

 

Mix the eggs with the milk and olive oil, beat with a mixer until creamy. Sift the flour directly into the mixture, add the baking powder, 1-2 pinches of salt, yellow cheese, olives and beat once more without overdoing it, because the cake will not swell during baking.

 

Pour the dough into the prepared form, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the already hot oven. The cake will be ready in about 35-40 minutes.

 

Wait for it to cool for 10-15 minutes and then remove from the pan.
