Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of corn flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

 

for the stuffing

 

  • a cup of tea different in color cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 100 grams of prosciutto, finely chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • cream cheese to spread
  • fresh basil leaves

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a cake pan by mixing the flour with the baking powder, salt, sugar and parmesan. Beat the eggs with the oil and combine the mixtures. Pour the dough into a cake tin, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Cool and cut the resulting loaf into three equal parts. Spread the first with cream cheese, add grated eggs and chopped prosciutto. Cover with the second tray. Spread it, sprinkle with arugula and finish with the third.

Cover with a layer of cream cheese, garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve, cut and enjoy eating.
