How To Cook Salty Cake With Zucchini, Leeks, Ham And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 350 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 grated and drained zucchini
  • half a bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 100 grams of finely chopped ham
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, add the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and yogurt. Stir and beat the eggs with the oil. Combine the mixtures and stir until the ingredients are homogenized. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the grated zucchini.

Add finely chopped dill, leeks and ham. Stir and cool the mixture. Add it to the cake batter and sprinkle with yellow cheese. Pour it into an oiled and floured form of your choice, smooth the surface and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Bake for 40 minutes, cool and cut. Serve the cake and enjoy its taste. Optionally combine with a sauce of your choice.
