Necessary products
For minced marsh:
300 grams of minced meat (can chicken)
2 eggs
1 cup fresh milk or cream
1 bunch green onions
salt and pepper to taste
flour as much as it takes to make pancake batter
2 tablespoons oil
For zucchini marshes:
200 grams of zucchini
1 bunch green onions
2 eggs
1 cup fresh milk or cream
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
flour as much as it takes
For the stuffing:
500 grams of mushrooms
2 onions
salt and pepper
For sprinkling and spreading:
100 grams of grated yellow cheese
mayonnaise
Method of preparation :
Mix the minced marshmallow products, make dough and bake pancakes.
Grate the zucchini, add the remaining products for the other loaf and bake 3 pancakes.
Fry the mushrooms with the chopped onion.
Assemble the cake. Alternate zucchini bread, mushroom stuffing, grated yellow cheese, minced meat bread, mushrooms, yellow cheese, zucchini bread and so on until the products run out.
Finish with a layer of meat, sprinkle with grated cheese, spread with mayonnaise as desired and bake the cake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
