Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 7 grams of sugar
  • 14 grams of salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • sesame seeds

For the stuffing:

  • 1/2 kg of chicken or ground beef
  • 150 grams of tomato sauce
  • 70 grams of onions
  • 120 grams of pickles
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the yeast and milk, wait 10 minutes.

Pour the flour into a bowl, beat the egg, pour the oil, add salt, sugar and dissolved yeast. Knead a thick and elastic dough, leave it to rise for 1.5 hours.

Beat it lightly in the kitchen fruit, divide it into two parts, roll one thinly and put in a pan.

Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat, let it cool a bit and then spread on the dough. Cover it with a layer of tomato sauce, then a row of diced onions, pickles and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Roll out the second part of the dough, cover the filling with it, gluing the edges with those of the base.

Spread the surface with fresh milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

Once the salted cake has cooled, cut and serve.
