How To Cook Salty Donuts With Buckwheat And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 150 grams of buckwheat
  • 200 grams of mushrooms (optional)
  • 90 grams of cheese (Suluguni)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • odorless vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry them in a little oil.

Boil the buckwheat (can be replaced with rice), mix it with yogurt (or kefir), add sugar, salt, dried dill, grated cheese and baking powder. To the resulting mass add the mushrooms with onions and flour, mix well. The dough becomes thick but crumbly.

Using two teaspoons, scoop out of it and form oval donuts, which you fry in hot fat.
