Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of butter
  • one broken egg
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 700 grams of flour

 

Method of preparation:


In a bowl, grate the cheese, yellow cheese and cut the butter into pieces. Add the yogurt mixed with the soda, salt and egg.

Sift the flour, combine with the first mixture and make a dough. Cool for an hour, divide into pieces, roll out crusts and cut into triangles.

Shape by winding from the ends to the middle. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover the pan with a sheet of parchment, arrange and bake until golden. Serve the croissants warm.
