How To Cook Salty Muffins With Potatoes, Buckwheat And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 potato
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
50 grams yellow cheese
50 grams cheese
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 bunch basil
salt to taste
60 grams green buckwheat
butter

Preparation :
Wash the buckwheat, pour cold water over it, leave for 20 minutes and drain with a colander. Transfer the beans to a saucepan, pour 100 milliliters of water,
place on the stove and when it boils, remove from the heat. Let stand for 20 minutes. Buckwheat should not be boiled.

Wash parsley and basil, dry, separate only the leaves and cut them as
finely as possible.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add buckwheat, eggs, basil, parsley and mix everything.
Peel the garlic and mash it. Grate the yellow cheese finely, mash the cheese with a fork.
Mix the cheese and yellow cheese, add the oil, garlic and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare silicone muffin tins that you soak in cold water. If you use other dishes, grease them with oil.
Combine the potato and buckwheat mixture with the cheese and yellow cheese combination, add salt to taste and stir.
Spread the dough in the tins and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
