  • 3/4 tea cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mushrooms
  • 2 stalks chopped green onions
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 60 grams of brie cheese
  • 30 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh spinach
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Grease the pan and turn on to heat to medium heat. Add the peppers and mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the green onions to simmer for 3 minutes, then remove the vegetables from the heat and transfer them to a plate.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in another saucepan and place the lid.

In the same pan in which you fried the vegetables, put the oatmeal. Place on a low heat. Start adding 1 teaspoon of boiling water, stirring to absorb the liquid. Add a second glass of water and stir again. Continue to add a little water until the nuts are completely cooked, adding the whole amount of liquid in portions. Leave on the stove to fully absorb the water.

Remove from the heat and add the cream cheese and brie. Once the cheeses are melted, add the spinach and fried vegetables.

Fry the eggs in a non-stick pan until the desired hardness of the yolk.

Serve breakfast by dividing the oatmeal into 4 bowls and putting 2 eggs in each.

Sprinkle with basil and finish with black pepper.
