Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar. In another bowl, beat the eggs, pour in the milk, add the sour cream mixed with the baking soda and combine the two mixtures.
Mix until homogeneous. Heat and grease a pan. Using a ladle, scoop, pour in the batter and bake the pancakes on both sides. Do the rest in the same way and cool.
In a pan, heat olive oil, fry the chopped dock, spinach, add salt and cheese. Stew for 10 minutes and stir. Garnish the pancakes with the resulting mixture, fold in four and serve.
