Required products :

for swamps:

  • 3/4 tea cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tea cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon husk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tea cup of water

for the stuffing:

  • 2 pieces of well-ripened avocado
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander or parsley
  • 1 red hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 115 grams of cream cheese
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese (or cheddar, mozzarella)

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

Mix all the marshmallow products in a food processor to make a ball of dough.

If you do not have a food processor, you can stir with your hands or a fork.

Line a round baking tray (preferably with falling walls) with a diameter of no more than 26 cm with baking paper.

Spread the paper and place the dough on top. Using your fingers or a greased spatula, spread it on the bottom and walls. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Peel an avocado and slice it. Mix it with all other products and pour over the baked bread.

Flatten and bake for another 35 minutes.

Cool for a few minutes and serve with a fresh green salad.
