Necessary products for three pies:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • olive oil
  • 200 grams of bacon, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grease pie tins with olive oil, cut circles out of the dough and cover the pans. Fry in a little hot fat finely chopped onion, add the mushrooms, dill, garlic. Add salt and pepper. Cool the filling and pour it into the molds. Beat the eggs and cover with slices of bacon.

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pies until done. Serve warm, slice and enjoy.
