Method of preparation:
Soak the quinoa in water and add salt. Add the rice, lentils and cook until done.
Add the peppers, cumin seeds and puree until smooth.
Cut the onion and coriander, add them, beat again until smooth.
Heat a frying pan, grease it with a little olive oil, scoop out the mixture and form a pancake.
Bake on both sides. Do everything the same way.
Serve the pancakes warm, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
