How To Cook Salty Roll With Zucchini, Brie Cheese And Sausage - Recipe

Required products :

  • about 270 grams of flour
  • 120 grams of natural yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams of zucchini
  • 150 grams of brie cheese
  • 50 grams of raw smoked sausage
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • pepper
  • left


Method of preparation :

Mix the egg with the sugar and yoghurt, add salt. Pour water and add the flour gradually. It is better to make a sticky dough than a firm one. First knead it with a mixer, then transfer to a floured surface and knead with your hands for a few minutes.

Spread it on a kitchen board, shaping it into a rectangle. At one end (lengthwise on half) distribute the zucchini, which you can cut randomly or grate (it is necessary to drain the liquid from them in advance). Add salt and sprinkle with a little black pepper.

Next is the brie cheese (of course, you can replace it with another type if you prefer), pieces of raw smoked sausage and cover with the loose dough. Grease the surface with oil and bake the roll at a preheated temperature of 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

When you take out the dish, cut it into portions and serve with brie cheese or what you used in the recipe.
