How To Cook Salty Tartlets With Ham And Sun-dried Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 280 grams of pie dough
  • 1 whole egg and 1 yolk
  • 100 milliliters of cream fry
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 20 grams of ham, finely chopped
  • 25 grams of dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 40 grams of grated cheddar
  • green salad for serving

Method of preparation :

Use 4 small cupcake tins with a diameter of 10 cm.

Roll out the dough and cut slightly larger circles than the shapes. Put them in the molds and stick them on the walls and bottom, cutting off the excess. Punch with a fork and freeze for 10 minutes.

Put a piece of parchment paper on each dough and fill with beans. Bake this way at 200 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool and bake without the beans and paper for another 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven, cool for 5 minutes and make a small cross in the center of each loaf.

Beat the egg and yolk with the cream fry, add the mustard. Add the basil, season and stir again.

Reduce the oven to 170 degrees.

Spread the ham and dried tomatoes in the tartlets and pour the egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheddar and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve the tartlets warm with lettuce.
