Required products :
1 kg of minced meat
200 grams of sour cream
150 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of melted cheese
100 milliliters of milk
6 wafer shells
1 onion
5 tablespoons tomato paste a
little flour
Method of preparation :
Cut the melted cheese as finely as possible and add to the minced meat. Put the chopped onion and pour the milk. Knead thoroughly, season to taste.
Spread this mixture on all wafer shells on one side. Arrange them on top of each other in a greased pan.
Dissolve a little flour in about 1/2 teaspoon of water and mix with sour cream, tomato paste and add spices of your choice.
Stir until smooth and spread the cake with the resulting sauce. Sprinkle on all sides with grated cheese and place in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees. After about 30-40 minutes the dish will be ready.
