Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour with the seeds, baking powder and stir. Combine vinegar with honey, olive oil, milk and add to dry ingredients.
Stir until smooth and heat a waffle maker. After reaching the set temperature, scoop the mixture with a ladle and distribute it.
Bake the waffles for 6-7 minutes and arrange on a plate. Spread them with cream cheese, season with chopped red onions, capers, fresh dill and pickled carrots. Serve and eat.
