Required products :

  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 300 milliliters of boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese (pre-grated)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 200 grams of ham or other sausage of your choice
  • spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Put 300 milliliters of water on the stove, add the oil and wait for the liquid to boil. Then remove from the heat and add the flour. Knead the dough, stirring first with a spoon, then continue with your hands, but be careful because the mixture will be hot.

Allow the dough to cool, and in the meantime make the filling. To do this, mix the eggs with the mustard and cream, season, add the cheese and stir.

Return to the dough. Divide it into about 10-12 pieces, which you roll out thinly, cut off the excess and bake the layers on both sides in a pan for about 15 seconds each (when bubbles form, turn).

Cover the bottom of the pan with a sheet of parchment (if desired) and start alternating: dough, egg and cheese filling, ham and so on until the available quantities are exhausted. You can use other products of your choice (minced meat, mushrooms ...).

Coat the surface with the filling, arrange pieces of ham and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you choose.

Bake the salted cake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.

 

When a golden crust forms, remove the dish and enjoy.
