How To Cook Salty Zucchini, Ham And Cheesecake - Recipe

Required products :

1 medium zucchini

300 grams of ham

300 grams of grated yellow cheese

3 raw eggs

1 pepper

3 tablespoons sour cream

3 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon leavening agent

parsley

spices to taste

garlic to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs lightly, add to them the cream, salt and other spices of your choice and taste. Mix the baking powder with the flour and carefully add to the egg combination. Next are the grated yellow cheese and zucchini.

Cut the ham and pepper into cubes, finely chop the garlic and parsley. Mix all the products and put the resulting "dough" in a suitable baking tray or form. Place in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes.

The cake is delicious both cold and warm.
