Necessary products

For the shortcrust pastry:

100 grams of butter
150 grams of high quality flour
1 protein
baking powder
50 grams of powdered sugar

 

For cream:

200 grams of mascarpone
50 milliliters of cream (liquid with 33% fat)
50 grams of powdered sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Make the shortcrust pastry by mixing the butter (at room temperature) with the other ingredients: flour, egg whites, powdered sugar and baking powder.

Refrigerate the preform for 25 minutes.

When you take it out, roll out a layer, from which cut circles with a glass (diameter should not be more than 5 centimeters). Put them in paper muffin tins (they can also be silicone, ceramic or other). Bake them for 8 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Wait for it to cool.
