Required products :

For eggs:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

For the sandwich:

  • 1/3 tea cup chorizo
  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 2 slices of Munster cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs in a small bowl, add some of the hot sauce and mix well. Put the butter in the pan and heat it over medium heat. When the butter starts to form bubbles, add the eggs and fry them until creamy.

Put the cheddar cheese and turn off the pan, stir to melt. Set aside.

Heat a skillet over high heat and fry the chorizo ​​slices until browned on both sides. Take them out of the pan and leave them on a plate.

Take one slice of bread and put the two pieces of Munster cheese, then add the eggs, crispy chorizo, avocado and two slices of cheddar. Spread the slices of bread on the outside and bake them in a hot pan until the cheeses are melted and the bread is golden brown. Serve immediately to enjoy the melting yellow cheese.
