Required products :
- 2 slices of bread
- 3 tablespoons grated goat cheese
- 2 eggs (fried, scrambled)
- 1-2 tablespoons arugula pesto
- 2 teaspoons butter
Method of preparation :
Put half of the goat cheese and the eggs on one slice. Drizzle with pesto and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place the second slice of bread on top and stir lightly.
Grease both sides of the sandwich with oil and heat the pan to a high temperature.
Bake the sandwich in the pan until golden and crispy on both sides.
Remove from the heat and wait a minute before cutting and serving.
If you wish, you can use a sandwich maker for baking, but the preparation itself remains the same.
