Required products :
200 grams of puff pastry
2 bananas
liquid chocolate to taste cinnamon
sugar
Method of preparation :
Roll out the dough, cut it into triangles and spread each of them with liquid chocolate (about 1/2 tablespoon per piece is enough).
Peel the bananas, cut into 4 pieces and arrange on the dough. Roll up the rolls, pinch the ends so that the filling is not visible.
Roll the puff pastry first in sugar, then in cinnamon and arrange in a tray covered with parchment.
Bake them in the oven at 190 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Eat them warm while the chocolate is still melting.
