How To Cook Sandwiches With Salad, Meatballs And Milk Mayonnaise - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • a few sprigs of fresh mint
  • 2-3 toasted slices
  • one egg
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 200 milliliters of oil or olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 head finely chopped onion
  • salt, pepper, juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 pieces of mini bagels, cut

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the toasted slices in a blender, beat several times and grind them. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the resulting coarsely ground breadcrumbs, season with salt, pepper and cumin. Beat the egg and knead the minced meat.

 

Form meatballs and arrange them in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.

 

Set aside, prepare a bowl and put the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice in it. Stir and distribute in each loaf.

 

Prepare milk mayonnaise by mixing fresh milk with fat. Beat gently with a blender from the bottom up until you get a fluffy white cream. Season it with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Garnish the sandwiches with mayonnaise, arrange the baked meatballs and serve.
