Required products :
slices of bread of your choice (white, wholemeal, rye ...)
yellow cheese
fresh red peppers
garlic
eggs (their number depends on the amount of yellow cheese used)
salt and other spices
parsley if desired
Determine the exact quantities of the products according to your taste preferences and the desired number of servings.
Method of preparation :
Cut the bread into slices. Grate the yellow cheese and mix it into small pieces of peppers. Add 1-2 eggs, crushed or finely chopped garlic, salt and other spices of your choice and taste. If you want, add fresh parsley. Mix everything and spread the mixture on the slices. You can pre-grease them with a thin layer of oil, but this is not necessary.
Bake in a preheated oven until an irresistible crust forms on the surface (about 15-20 minutes).
Sandwiches are tastier warm, but if you don't eat them right away, you can warm them up later.
