Necessary products

For the marshes:

  • 60 grams of cocoa
  • 250 grams of cold butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 2 teaspoons flour

For cream:

  • 400 grams of sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

For the glaze:

  • 50 grams of sour cream
  • 10 grams of cocoa
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • a little vanilla

Method of preparation :

Grate the cold butter. Add the egg yolks, cocoa, salt, both types of sugar and mix until smooth.

Pour the baking powder into the flour and then add the dry ingredients to the butter mass. Knead well (if the dough is too dry, you can add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, and if too soft - use a little flour).

Divide the dough into 5-7 parts, put them in the refrigerator for an hour. Then roll them into thin loaves, which bake in a pan on a sheet of parchment for no more than 10 minutes each, and the oven should be preheated to 180 degrees.

The tops become very crispy, so work with them carefully.

Next is the making of the cream. Beat the sour cream with the sugar and spread the crusts with the cream, stacking them on top of each other.

Cover the walls of the cake with cream, you can decorate them with crushed marshmallows.

Mix and melt the glaze products (cream, cocoa, sugar and vanilla packet) in a water bath. Cool the resulting glaze a little and pour it over the dessert.

Wait an hour before serving.

Enjoy!
