How To Cook Sangria From White Wine With A Mix Of Aromatic Fruits - Recipe

Required products :
 
1 bottle of dry white wine (750 milliliters)
150 milliliters of cognac
400-500 grams of a mixture of fresh raspberries and strawberries
3 fragrant green apples
2 peaches
1 lime
1 lemon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
carbonated water to taste
ice cubes
 
Method of preparation :
 
Peel the apples from the core with the seeds, the peaches - from the stones, wash the citrus well with a brush. Cut the prepared fruits into thin pieces and sprinkle them with sugar. Leave to stand for 20 minutes, then transfer to a large jug with the juice. Pour the wine, cognac and let the drink stand for 2 hours at room temperature.
 
Before serving, add the strawberries and raspberries, ice cubes and then distribute in suitable cups. Top up with cold sparkling water and enjoy the refreshing taste.
