Required products :

  • 10 tea cups watermelon, diced, seedless
  • 750 milliliters of white wine
  • 1 cup blueberry tea
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Method of preparation :

  • Puree 8 tea cups with watermelon cubes in a blender.
  • Strain through a fine sieve to remove harder particles. You will get about 4 teaspoons of juice.
  • Freeze the remaining watermelon cubes, spreading them on a sheet of baking paper so that they do not stick to each other.
  • In a large jug pour the wine and watermelon juice. Stir.
  • Add the blueberries and lemon slices and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Just before serving the sangria, add the frozen pieces of watermelon.
  • Garnish with blueberries and lemon and serve.
