Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of chicken liver
  • 250 grams of chicken mill
  • 250 grams of chicken heart
  • 1 bunch fresh onions
  • half a bunch of fresh mint
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • frying oil
  • 1 teaspoon pearl rice

 

for topping

 

  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • a pinch of soda
  • 2 pinches of salt

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the chicken trifles in a saucepan and cook. Strain the broth and set aside 3 tea cups from it. Cut the offal into small pieces and fry it in hot oil together with the chopped onion. Stir and add the rice, salt, pepper and fresh mint.

Pour the mixture into a pan, pour the broth and put the dish on low heat in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. When ready, cool and make the filling. To do this, beat the eggs with yogurt, add salt, baking soda and flour.

Spread on the rice and bake for another 10-15 minutes on high heat until golden brown. When ready, cool, cut, distribute portions and serve liver sarma, garnished with yogurt.
