Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of sardines in olive oil
  • bunch fresh onions
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 boiled eggs

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the sardines and eggs. Add the finely chopped two onions, season with lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste and sesame oil. Mix the mixture with a fork until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Cool and serve the pate, garnished on bruschetta.
