Necessary products:

10 cabbage leaves

500 g mushrooms

1 onion

1/2 tsp boiled rice

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tsp water

oil

Method of preparation:

Wash the cabbage leaves, put them in boiling water for 3 minutes, and drain them with a colander. Cut onions into small pieces, mushrooms into small pieces. Fry the onions until golden, then add the mushrooms and fry until done. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. When this happens, mix the mushrooms and onions with the cooked rice, salt and mix everything well. Distribute the resulting filling in each cabbage leaf and form sarmi. Wrap the ends like candy and fry on both sides in oil until golden brown. Then arrange in a greased pan.

Dissolve the tomato puree in water and mix well. Drizzle the sauerkraut with the sauce and bake until done in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
