Necessary products:

  • 8 cabbage leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 tablespoons boiled rice
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams of frozen seafood
  • 50 white wine
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

For the cream sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons cream (sourdough)
  • dill, parsley, thyme - 1 stalk
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • green spices, herbs for decoration

Method of preparation:

Wash the cabbage leaves and put them in boiling water for a few minutes to soften.

For the filling: Boil the rice. Heat oil, add rosemary, white wine and fry the seafood in this mixture until golden. Add salt to taste. Finely chop the carrots and onions, fry them in the fat in which you fried the meat. Mix rice, sea mix, carrot and onion.

Fill the cabbage leaves with the resulting filling. Boil or fry until the cabbage is ready.

Sauce: Add the crushed garlic and finely chopped green spices to the cream.

The sauerkraut is drizzled with sauce, decorated as desired and served. Enjoy your meal!
