Necessary products for 12 servings:

800 grams of chicken fillet

3 carrots

100 ml oil

0.5 tsp. ground black pepper

200 grams of mayonnaise

800 grams of marinated mushrooms

3 onions

1 tsp Sol

200 grams of walnuts

Method of preparation:

Pour cold water over the fillet, add 0.5 tsp salt and boil. Allow to cool in the same water for 20 minutes and cut into small pieces. Crush the walnuts, cut the onion into thin quarters and fry until soft. Grate the carrots not on a coarse grater and fry them until soft, but separately from the onion. Cut the mushrooms into thin strips and fry them for 4 minutes (they should not be too fried).

Mix all the products in the salad bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise before serving.

You can use all kinds of mushrooms (fresh, canned, frozen), and you can replace walnuts with pine nuts.

The result is a filling, caloric and delicious salad that does not require much effort and time.
