How To Cook Saturating Salad Of Meat, Vegetables And Eggs With Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Satisfying salad of meat, vegetables and eggs with walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 medium potatoes

1 medium head of beets

4 eggs

1 carrot

350 grams of boiled pork

50 grams of walnuts

1 - 2 cloves garlic

1 red onion

grains of canned peas

pomegranate seeds (optional)

150 grams of grated yellow cheese

salt to taste

mayonnaise to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, beets and eggs separately and peel after cooling.

Grate raw carrots and egg yolks, and potatoes, beets and egg whites - using a coarse grater.

Cut the boiled pork into thin straws, grind the walnuts (you can bake them briefly in a dry pan to make them more fragrant, leave a little for decoration).

Grate the yellow cheese, leaving it for decoration.

Mash the garlic cloves and add to the mayonnaise.

Next is the "assembly" of the salad. For this purpose you will need a suitable container, it is good to use a tall one to arrange several layers of each product.

Make one row of each in the bowl and spread with mayonnaise. Consistency will not affect the taste, so improvise.

If the dish is transparent, you could "paint" a beautiful composition of vegetables and meat, also use boiled eggs, which you cut into circles and use them to decorate the salad on the sides to get an impressive arrangement.

When you have finished layering, smear the surface with mayonnaise and decorate with onion rings or cut a figurine out of it. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and crushed walnuts and let the salad stand for several hours.

Before serving, decorate with beans canned peas and pomegranate.

Enjoy your meal!
