Learn how to cook "Sauce of 4 cheeses with butter, green onions and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 80 grams of cottage cheese
  • 70 grams of yellow cheese
  • 80 grams of parmesan
  • 80 grams of blue mermaid dor blu
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 150 milliliters of boiling water
  • green onions to taste

Method of preparation :

Grate the yellow cheese and parmesan on a fine grater.

Heat a frying pan, put the butter in it and wait for it to melt.

Chop the green onions, pour in the oil and stew for 1-2 minutes, until soft. It is not necessary to fry, it is enough for the onion to just give off its aroma.

Then add the cottage cheese, grated cheese and grated blue cheese.

Pour in the hot water (you can use broth or white wine) and stir until the mixture boils.

Once this is done, add the peeled and washed garlic cloves, cook the sauce for 1 minute and turn off the stove. Season with salt and pepper, you can also add a little ground nutmeg.

Pour the hot sauce into a saucepan or other suitable dish, serve with bread.

If you prefer, you can put it in the fridge to cool and thicken, so you can spread it on a toasted slice.

Have a good time!
