Required products :
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
125 milliliters of milk
80 grams of grated cheddar cheese
40 grams of grated Parmesan
60 grams of cream cheese
80 grams of crushed blue cheese
pepper and salt
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and fry for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat, stir and pour in the milk. Return the pan to the hob and cook until the mixture thickens.
Then put all kinds of cheese in it and let the sauce cook for about 3 minutes until all the cheeses are completely melted.
Season to taste, we suggest you use freshly ground black pepper and salt, but you can season to taste.
The sauce is suitable for pasta and meat dishes.
