Necessary products:

200 grams of homemade mayonnaise

1 tbsp capers

1 clove garlic

4-5 pickles

small bunch of parsley

0.5 tsp mustard seeds

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method of preparation:

Make homemade mayonnaise. Grind the cucumbers, capers, garlic and parsley using a food processor (not very finely). If you do not have a robot, you can cut the products with a knife into small pieces. Mix them with mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice (you can also add green onions if you wish). 

Tartar sauce is suitable as an addition to fish or sandwiches. Prepared at home is not only tastier but also more useful. Keep in mind that it is best to cool the sauce not in the refrigerator or under the air conditioner, but leave it on the windowsill (if it is cold outside, of course).
