How To Cook Sauerkraut With White Mushrooms And Beans - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sauerkraut with white mushrooms and beans". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of sauerkraut
  • 300 grams of frozen white mushrooms
  • 200 grams of old beans (red)
  • 1-2 onions
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • 6-7 grains of black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste


Method of preparation :

Boil the beans and fry the mushrooms and onions in oil, without the need to defrost the mushrooms beforehand.

Once the liquid has evaporated, pour the sauerkraut into the mixture (rinse it beforehand), add the tomato paste, bay leaves and black peppercorns.

Close the pan with a lid and stew until the cabbage and mushrooms are ready.

Then add the beans, mix gently and leave the dish under a lid for about 10 minutes.
