How To Cook Sausage Roll With Cream Cheese And Pepper - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sausage roll with cream cheese and pepper". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 450 grams of cream cheese
  • 200-300 grams of sausage, cut into very thin pieces
  • 1/2 green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
  • salty cookies / crackers to serve

Method of preparation :

Cover the kitchen fruit with a sheet of plastic wrap, put all the cream cheese on it and cover it with a second layer of foil. Roll out.

Remove the coating and arrange a thick layer of sausage on the surface of the cheese. Squeeze the pieces lightly so that no air remains between the two products.

Cover with foil and turn to leave the cheese on top. Remove the cover and arrange the pepper pieces.

Roll up the roll, it is necessary to be very careful and not to leave air. It should be tight, as this is important for easier upcoming cutting.

Help with styling with plastic wrap. When the roll is ready, press the sausage and wrap the appetizer in foil (use plastic again). Put it in the refrigerator.

After 5-6 hours (or leave overnight) cut and serve (the longer it cools, the tighter it will be and the slicing will be easier).

Serve the delicious appetizer on salty cookies.

Enjoy your meal!
