Just as you can make a delicious pancake in the oven with fruit filling, you can also serve it with meat and vegetables. Made in this way, the pancake becomes very tasty and airy and guarantees satiety, because of the proteins in the meat.

Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 12 raw sausages
  • 110 grams of leeks, cut into sticks
  • 125 grams of asparagus
  • 100 grams of frozen peas
  • 150 grams of white flour
  • 1/2 grated lemon peel
  • 3 large eggs
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 200 degrees to preheat while you prepare the dough for the pancake and vegetables.

Mix the flour with the egg and milk. Add the lemon zest and stir, add salt.

Fry the sausages and leeks in a little fat for about 2 minutes.

Add the asparagus and peas, stir and remove from the heat.

Grease a rectangular pan and pour the dough into it. Spread the meat and vegetables on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the dough swells and toasts.

It is appropriate to serve the pancake with gravy sauce.
