Required products :

80 grams of corn flour

60 grams of wheat flour

25 grams of sugar

a little salt

a pinch of black pepper

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg

100 milliliters of fresh milk

6 sausages

frying fat (olive oil)

a little flour

Method of preparation :

Using a mixer, beat the two types of flour, spices, egg and milk. You should get a smooth dough (similar to that for pancakes, but thicker). String the sausages (dry) on skewers, dip them in the mixture, roll in a little flour and fry in hot fat (in a deep pan) until golden (about 3 minutes). It turns out incredibly tasty.
