Required products :
- 350 grams of mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of flour
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 4 sausages
- salt to taste
- frying oil
Method of preparation :
Add the egg, oatmeal, flour and salt to taste to the mashed potatoes (made with fresh milk and egg). Mix well and knead a homogeneous dough. Cut the sausages in half. With wet hands, form cakes, put half a sausage in the middle of each, close with the dough and fry in hot oil on both sides. When you turn from the other, close the dish with a lid, reduce the heat and let the dish cook for 10-15 minutes.
