Heat a cast iron skillet on a high heat or on a grill. Grease the dish well and let it heat up.
Meanwhile, cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and onions in bulk. Put them in a large bowl with the Brussels sprouts. Season with salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, black and red pepper, brown sugar, mustard. Mix them well so that the spices reach all the vegetables.
Transfer them to a large sheet of aluminum foil and cover with another. Close the edges tightly and place directly on the grill. Turn every 10 minutes until the vegetables soften - this should take you about 20-30 minutes.
Put the chicken sausages in the heated pan and bake for 7 minutes on each side until they acquire a nice brown tan. Add the Brussels sprouts, potatoes and onions, sprinkle with rosemary. Leave on the stove for another 5 minutes until the vegetables start to brown.
